Evoparator Water Treatment Product

CK – EVA is an additive for evaporator water. It disrupts the crystal structure of scale-forming minerals in the water, turning them into an amorphous state; this prevents them from adhering to the heat transfer surface and ensures they are flushed out through the drain circuit.

Directions for Use:
CK–EVA should be dosed continuously using a dosing pump. For an evaporator that has not previously used a conditioning chemical, the initial dosage of CK–EVA is 100 grams per 1 metric ton of boiler water. Thereafter, 30–50 grams of CK–EVA should be dosed for every 1 metric ton of feedwater.
