Boiler Water Sludge Precipitator

Sludge buildup occurs inside the boiler when the boiler feedwater contains a high amount of sediment or when there is a fuel leak inside the boiler. CK – COAGULANT keeps this unwanted contamination in suspension, causes it to settle, and ensures it is flushed out.

Directions for Use:
CK – COAGULANT is dosed into the boiler suction line, the condensate tank, or directly into the steam boiler using a dosing pump. The dosage is 30–40 grams per metric ton of water added to the boiler.
