Ck Bwt

Boiler Water Treatment Product
CK BWT is a boiler water additive. It disrupts the crystal structure of scale-forming minerals in the water, transforming them into an amorphous state, thereby preventing them from adhering to boiler and pipe surfaces. Thanks to the oxygen scavengers it contains, it provides protection against corrosion on boiler and pipe surfaces. It is sufficient on its own for a boiler water treatment program and requires no additional products.

Directions for Use:

CK BWT is dosed into the boiler suction line, the condensate tank, or directly into the boiler using a dosing pump. For a boiler that has not previously used water treatment chemicals, the initial dosage of CK–BWT is 400 grams per 1 metric ton of boiler water. Subsequently, 100–200 grams of CK–BWT are dosed for every 1 metric ton of feedwater.

Recommended Values for Main Machine Water:

P. Alkalinity : 100–300 ppm

pH : 9 – 10.5

Klorür              : < 300 ppm

If the chloride and partial alkalinity levels are higher than recommended, the boiler should be bled.

Physical Characteristics:

Appearance: Light yellow liquid
Density: 1.00 – 1.10 g/cm³
pH: 7 – 9
Flash Point: None
Corrosive Effect: In its pure form, it may have a corrosive effect on all types of metal upon contact.
