Boiler Water Treatment Product

CK – BWP is a boiler water additive. It disrupts the crystal structure of scale-forming minerals in the water, turning them into an amorphous state, and prevents them from adhering to boiler and pipe surfaces. Thanks to its pH-adjusting properties, it prevents corrosion.

Kullanım Şekli:
CK – BWP sisteme kondens deposundan verilir. Daha önce şartlandırma kimyasalı kullanılmamış bir kazan için CK-BWP ilk dozaj miktarı 1 ton kazan suyu için 100 gramdır. Daha sonra her 1 ton besi suyu için 20 – 30 gram CK-BWT dozlaması yapılır.

Kazan suyunda önerilen değerler:
P.Alkalinite     : 100 – 300 ppm
pH                   : 9 – 10,5
Klorür              : < 300 ppm
Klorür ve p.alkalinite değerleri önerilenden büyükse kazan blöf edilmelidir.
