Turbocharger Cleaner

CEMYAK – AST is a natural, additive-free product specially formulated to remove soot and carbon deposits from the gas chamber of diesel engine turbochargers. It is produced by stabilizing the hard shells of fruits through a series of mechanical processes. No chemical processes are used during production. It is a completely natural, harmless product. CEMYAK – AST ignites as soon as it enters the turbine, lowering the combustion temperature of soot and carbon deposits to ensure they burn off.

Directions for Use: Inject
s of CEMYAK–AST into the gas line using compressed air. Using 0.6–0.8 dm³ of CEMYAK–AST daily for 8,000–10,000 HP machines will ensure that the turbines remain clean. If the gas temperature downstream of the turbine is 20 °C above the average temperature, the cleaning process should be repeated. The gas inlet temperature upstream of the turbine must not exceed 580 °C. Otherwise, CEMYAK – AST will burn up before reaching the turbine and will be unable to perform the cleaning.
