Condensate Line Corrosion Inhibitor

Cemolin 2000 is a corrosion inhibitor used to reduce the risk of corrosion in condensate lines. It supports the long-term, efficient operation of the condensate system. Our Cemolin product family offers two options for condensate line applications: Cemolin 2000 and Cemolin 1900. Cemkimsan water treatment consultants will determine the product best suited for your system based on your feedwater and system analysis.

Directions for Use:

CEMOLİN 2000 is dosed into the steam collector using a dosing pump.

Control values:

Condensate pH: 8.2–9.5 (at 20 °C)

The exact dosage will be determined by the Cemkimsan Water Treatment Consultant. Protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and a mask must be worn during application.

Appearance: Colorless / Light yellow liquid

Density: 1.00–1.10^g/cm³ (at 20 °C)

pH: 10.0–12.0 (at 20 °C)

Flash Point: None

Corrosive Effect: In its pure form, prolonged contact with it can cause corrosion on any type of metal.
