Corrosion Inhibitor for Steam Boilers and Condensate Lines

Cemolin 1530 is a corrosion inhibitor that protects both the steam boiler and the condensate line. It provides comprehensive protection by reducing the risk of corrosion in both the boiler and condensate line sections of the system. Our Cemolin product family offers different formulations based on steam line length and system pressure. Directions for Use:

CEMOLİN 1530 is dosed into the boiler suction line or the condensate tank using a dosing pump.

Control values:

toplam sertlik: < 10 ppm

tank pH: 10–12

condensate pH: 8.2 – 9.5

deha: 0.5–2.0 ppm

The exact dosage will be determined by the Cemkimsan Water Treatment Consultant. Protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and a mask must be worn during application.
