Cefopol 7099

Geothermal Water Reclamation
In production and reinjection wells, pipelines, and surface equipment at geothermal plants, the minerals contained in the geothermal fluid precipitate and form deposits. These deposits are largely formed by the precipitation of calcium carbonate, silica, and sulfate minerals under high pH and temperature conditions. CEFOPOL 7099 inhibits calcium carbonate, silica, and sulfate, preventing their precipitation and thus preventing deposit formation. CEFOPOL 7099 is formulated from a blend of phosphonates and polymers with high calcium tolerance. If necessary, it can be used at high dosages in high-calcium environments. CEFOPOL 7099 is effective up to a temperature of 250°C.

Usage Type:

The flash steam is dosed at the point where it is generated via the dosing equipment. The dosing rate varies depending on the characteristics of the well water. The exact dosing amount will be determined by the Cemkimsan Water Treatment Consultant.

Protective clothing, gloves, goggles and mask should be used during application.
