Multifunctional Boiler Water Treatment Chemical

CEFOLİN 587 is a boiler water additive that provides both corrosion and scale inhibition. It prevents scale-forming minerals from adhering to metal surfaces, keeps them in suspension, and ensures they are easily removed through blowdown. It reacts with dissolved oxygen to reduce its corrosive effect and provides protection against corrosion on boiler and pipe surfaces. It neutralizes carbonic acid in the steam line, thereby providing protection against corrosion. It is sufficient on its own for a boiler water treatment program and requires no additional products.

Usage Type:

CEFOLİN 587 is dosed into the boiler suction line or the condensate tank using a dosing pump.

toplam sertlik: < 10 ppm

tank pH: 10–12

condensate pH: 8.2 – 9.5

phosphonate: 10–20 ppm

silika: < 150 ppm

sulfite: 30–50 ppm

The exact dosage will be determined by the Cemkimsan Water Treatment Consultant. Protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and a mask must be worn during application.

Flash Point: None

Corrosive Effect: In its pure form, prolonged contact with it can cause corrosion on any type of metal.
