Winterizer Cleaner for Sensitive Metals

CAS - SCALEX is an acidic powder product used in cooling systems, steam and hot water boilers, heat exchangers, evaporators and air coolers for the cleaning of lime scale and mineral deposits formed on the seawater side. Contains metal protective inhibitor. Damage to sensitive metals such as zinc, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized is minimized.

Usage Type:

5 - 10 kg CAS-SCALEX powder is dissolved in 100 kg water to prepare a solution. The prepared solution is applied by circulation or dipping methods. During the application, pH should be checked at frequent intervals, if the pH of the solution exceeds 3, CAS-SCALEX powder should be added little by little until the pH reaches 1. Protective clothing, gloves, goggles, goggles, mask should be used during application and the environment should be ventilated.
